Welcome

Welcome to Fairway Estates

Fairway Estates is located in Dunedin, Florida, one of the oldest towns on the West Coast of Florida. This community of 514 homesites adjoins the fairways of the Dunedin Golf Club, designed by world-renowned golf course architect Donald Ross. Opened in 1927, the club has hosted 18 Senior Tour Championships and was named “2008 Country Club of the Year” by Tampa Bay Magazine.

Fairway Estates is just a short drive, hike, or bike ride to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico, and surrounds the shores of Lake Saundra.

Its residents enjoy a landscape filled with abundant wildlife, tropical foliage, and Spanish moss-draped hardwoods. The second largest live oak tree in Pinellas County, estimated to be 150 years old, lives in our community.

With almost four miles of picturesque waterfront, a relaxed lifestyle, and activities for all likes and ages, Dunedin is truly a delightful place to live or visit. Located just blocks from the Dunedin Community and Fine Art Centers, Fairway Estates residents enjoy easy access to a multi-purpose facility offering a full fitness center, dance and exercise studios, art classes and exhibitions.

A continuous bike path, The Pinellas Trail, leads to historic downtown Dunedin with restaurants, boutiques, pubs, and an active calendar of festivals and outdoor events.
